If you feel your attention is pulled in too many directions, then this innovative attention management workshop is for you. You will learn to:

1) Achieve mental clarity- as you learn to manage your attention you will achieve higher levels of productivity.

2) Enhance your ability to observe- you will learn to expand your awareness, resulting in a mental state that allows you to readily detect and adjust to internal and external changes.

3) Develop emotional intelligence- you will become more aware of the world outside, how it affects your inner world and your communication with others. This will significantly improve your relationships.

4) Cultivate group awareness- you will learn to enhance conscious awareness within groups, bringing about greater levels of cohesion.

Attention deficit has a direct impact on productivity at all levels of human endeavor. How to keep the attention open and receptive is the most important skill that participants will learn in this workshop.
