South Beach Hotspot Brings a Revival of Old Hollywood Elegance for New Years Extravaganza with “All that Glitters is Gold”

It’s not every evening that Humphrey, Marilyn and Frank make appearances, if only fleeting. In fact, it’s only once a year; and this New Year’s Eve, the place to be is Bâoli Miami, where the sexiest and most sophisticated set will be ringing in 2013. “All that Glitters is Gold Presented by Möet & Chandon” will bring old Hollywood glamour back to the beach. Celebrities, local A-listers, and the international jet-set will walk the red carpet surrounded by flashing lights of the paparazzi, for an “unforgettable” evening highlighted by the iconic era of elegance, a la Audrey Hepburn. In true Bâoli tradition, revelers are encouraged to dress the part. For gents, tuxedos and black tie are strongly encouraged and for dames, glamorous vintage gowns.

All night, the diamonds will be glistening, the champagne will be flowing and the music will be pulsating, thanks to resident Bâoli Cannes DJ Ange and DJ HUGO M. The scene will be the perfect complement to the palates that will be enjoying the robust flavors of the Mediterranean.

Bâoli’s New Year Glitteratis can purchase pre-sale tickets for a reduced price of $100 per person online at or $150 at the door.
Entrance options includes:
- $100/$150 - Includes a champagne toast and party favors
- Dinner $350 per person– Includes a five-course tasting menu, party favors, and champagne toast courtesy of Möet-Chandon and Dom Perignon

The nearly 5,000 square foot space encompasses a sexy restaurant and lounge, while the outside terrace offers patrons a secret garden setting designed for the rich and famous, the young and beautiful. The Mediterranean and seafood inspired cuisine created by Executive Chef Gustavo Vertone features a selection of fine fare that blends specialties from France, Italy and Spain. The five-course dinner will begin with an amuse bouche, consisting of WhiteAlba Truffle Flan & Foie Gras Powder and will be followed by an appetizer sampler that will offer a tasting of different fares. For the main course, partygoers can choose from a Kobe Filet Mignon, Lobster Ravioli, Seared SeaBass or for a vegetarian option, Vegetables Caponat. For the grand finale, Desert de Nouvelle Annee will be served.
