DESCRIPTION:
The Beach House is a two bedroom two bathroom with a den Art Deco style house. This beach style furnished house is a great place for family and friends to enjoy the ocean lifestyle with it’s sea breezes, palm trees and sun. It includes a fully equipped kitchen, terrazzo floors, flat screen television and great beach style furnishings. There are huge closets, updated bathrooms, dining table and a separate den. The house has a great courtyard with an outdoor dining set shaded by palm trees and plant wildlife. The center courtyard is great for people to either sunbath or just enjoy the ocean breeze. There is also a barbeque for outdoor cooking. The house has free wireless internet, cable TV, laundry facilities and parking.

The Beach House is located one half block from the beach. There is a beautiful tropical beachfront park full of Florida’s indigenous plants, palm trees and sea grapes. The park includes a beach front playground for children, a cross-fit track, dog park, picnic areas and a new boardwalk that trails the beach. There is also a basketball park and a playground nearby. Another great treat for kids is the free water park in the neighborhood. The neighboring area also includes many fine dining restaurants serving a variety of international cuisines, bars and shops all within walking distance.
