This one bedroom apartment has wood floors, windows on three sides and a balcony that looks over gardens and Miami Beach's Indian Creek Waterway. The apartment has a full kitchen with granite counter tops. The Art deco bathroom has a bathtub. The living room is equipped with a pull out couch, flat screen television, dinner table with chairs for four people and another comfortable full size bed. The bedroom has a queen size bed. There is a large lanai/balcony overlooking the water and garden. This amazing apartment easily sleeps six people.
The Bromeliad is located three short blocks from the beach. There is a beautiful tropical beachfront park full of Florida’s indigenous plants, palm trees and sea grapes. The park includes a beach front playground for children, a cross-fit track, dog park, picnic areas and a new boardwalk that trails the beach. There is also a basketball park and a playground nearby. Another great treat for kids is the free water park in the neighborhood.
