Job Description:
The Medical Imaging Supervisor will be proficient in diagnostic imaging in one or more of the following areas: General Radiology, Ultrasound, CAT scan, MRI, Nuclear Medicine and will be responsible for supervising the daily clinical operations and activities of the department. The Supervisor assures the correct number of technologists are present for the number of procedures. He/she ensures the department has the necessary equipment for daily operations. The Supervisor participates in hiring new employees and in coaching and corrective actions, as well as performs other duties as assigned.
  • Must be able to read, write, and speak English, as well as possess good verbal and written communications skills.
  • Licensed Radiology Technologist
  • Licensed in relevant specialty
  • AS degree required; BS degree preferred
  • 5 or more years of experience in a hospital setting preferred
