American Fasteners, Corp. is a South Florida based supplier of fasteners and hardware. If you are a competitive Outside Fasteners Sales individual, who thrives in a fast sales cycle atmosphere, this is the place for you to professionally succeed
The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives while developing sales strategies designed to demonstrate the features and benefits of the products, (fasteners, bolts and nuts), to achieve increased sales and profitability.
:6 : 8 Office and Job sites visits per day and make sales contact at customer sites on a regular basis.
:Accomplish and report 80 sales force activities per week such as, but not limited to scheduled meetings, logged calls, follow up appointments, lead creations, and new opportunities
:Create a quarterly action plan for how you will hit the Quota
:Utilize all available resources to reach out to prospects and generate new commercial business;
:Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and their decision makers;
:Stay on top of industry trends to identify potential opportunities for company growth, new products/services and new pricing/payment plans;
:Visit and make sales contact at customer sites on a regular basis establishing a customer relationships in order to grow profitable
:Increase revenue, negotiate with clients, generate leads and follow up on potential leads
:Research sales competition;
:Contact partners through, but not limited to, phone calls, emails, mailings, and fax to communicate opportunities to extend initiatives with the company;
:Document contact activities related to customer transactions accurately and completely;
:Respond to complaints and resolve issues aiming to customer contentment and the preservation of the companys reputation;
:Report on sales results (daily);
:Other duties as assigned.
:Bachelors degree or equivalent experience;
:4+ years proven work experience as an Outside Sales Representative, Sales Account Executive or similar role;
:Experience developing leads from marketing campaigns;
:Hands:on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls);
:Meet and Track record of achieving sales quotas;
:Knowledge with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce);
:Strong computer skills and understanding of spreadsheet software;
:Excellent interpersonal communication skills;
:Outstanding customer service skills;
:Proficient in both languages, English and Spanish;
:Organizational and time:management skills;
:Aptitude to negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data;
:Ability to use logic and reason to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions;
:Must be willing to travel up to 80 percent of the time;
:Valid drivers license and clean driving record;
:Prior knowledge of tools and fasteners is a must;
