Retail Divisional Sales Director - GNC (Miami, FL)

Identify and grow new stores working with the real estate development team
Job Specifications:
Required:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field and at least 8 years of Retail Store Management experience and at least 5 years of multi unit management experience or an equivalent combination of education/experience
Preferred:
Multi Unit Specialty Retail/Small Box Management experience
Fluency in Spanish
Skills and Abilities:
* Ability to travel approximately60-70%throughout the multi state territory
* Fluent language skills required to speak, read, and understands customers and GNC communications. Able to effectively communicate written and verbally.
* Math skills necessary to comprehend basic financial reports and Profit & Loss Statements, including the ability to recognize trends and determine a course of action that is in the best interest of the company.
* Strong computer skills, including working knowledge of Microsoft, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
* Strong interpersonal and ethical behavior to manage the company’s assets and employees. Adhere to GNC code of ethics and adhere to GNC’s high standards of personal behavior.
