The Job
As a pioneer in the payment streamlining space were looking for an Outside Sales REP to join our thriving team. The Sale REP is responsible for identifying and creating new qualified sales opportunities, engaging in a consultative sale, and closing the targeted new prospect accounts. Sale REP will coordinate with development and support teams to ensure the successful development and launch of the product and a superior customer experience.
Sale REP will coordinate with their Regional Sales Manager to plan and secure a sufficient flow of additional qualified opportunities. The position is a sales role focused on acquiring, developing, and retaining clients. Appropriate applicants will have documented success selling intangible value:added solutions to small and medium sized businesses.

Primary Responsibilities:
:Prospect, educate, qualify, and develop Target Accounts to sales:ready leads and opportunities
:Conduct a consultative selling appointment and become a trusted resource to potential and existing clients
:Successfully manage and overcome prospect objections
:Exceed assigned quotas
:Act as a primary point of contact for prospective and existing clients
:Provide account leadership and direction in pre and post sales process
:Partner with Design Team to drive high customer needs alignment into the product and ensure a superior experience.
Requirements:
:A self:starter with a track record of successful, credible, lead follow:up and sales development at multiple levels within an organization
:Pre:call planning
:Opportunity qualification and objection handling
:Time and territory management
:Ability to work in a high:energy sales team environment; team player
:Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills
:Positive and energetic phone skills, excellent listening skills, strong writing skills
:The highest level of integrity
:Proficient with standard corporate productivity tools (email, voicemail, MS Office)
:Undergraduate degree (BA/BS)
:Sales training a plus
