We are looking for a Digital Strategist to play a key role in a new agency and work closely with a small team to help guide digital transformation of our clients' business. In this role, you will be responsible for effective upfront strategic planning to inform optimization of existing channels, defining content and social strategy and helping articulate digital marketing strategies.

The Social Client, started five years ago, in France and now help clients with a full range of solutions ranging from social media strategy, to building user communities, to mapping customer journeys. We are bringing that same winning formula to North America and working with an existing client base to develop new solutions and strategies.

Job Responsibilities:

:Business Problem Solving : Working directly with clients to understand and help shape ambiguous and complex business problems into actionable strategies.
:Solution Planning : Defining, scoping and planning new solutions for clients. This includes: determining how to measure business results, modeling current/future business processes, gather business requirements and identifying the organizational changes required to successfully realize the benefits of the solution.
:Delivering Strategic Solutions : Working with clients and the core agency team to help deliver, measure and optimize the solutions we propose. This generally includes: new digital and social channels such as messaging or peer to peer communities, design and integration of chatbot and selfcare interfaces.

Experience Target:
:Candidates with Strategic Planning experience, Social Media expertise, Marketing Technology, Analytics, and / or Customer Experience and Journey Development are strongly preferred.
:Strategic Thinker.
:Experience in the US market. Experience in LATAM is a plus. Nearest Major Market is Miami.
:Highly proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business development, or Technology. Master's degree is preferred.
:A portfolio, business cases of your work or presentation of personal digital or social project will be requested.
