The Ritz-Carlton Key Biscayne, Miami located at 455 Grand Bay Dr, Key Biscayne, FL 33149 is currently hiring a Spa Sales Coordinator Supervisor.

Responsibilities include: Oversee Spa Group Sales and Spa Desk Concierge Employees to assist in maximizing daily financial performance (Spa Plus, Spa More, Spa Reservations) and employee compliance to BSA standards. Advise employees on general property information, in-house groups, policy changes, or other pertinent information. Answer questions about available services, general property information and amenities. Confirm guest first and last name and type of treatment scheduled prior to beginning treatment. Monitor and stick to time schedule throughout the day. Advise providers of last minute changes or additions to schedule and resolve scheduling situations as needed. Promote and sell spa/salon services and retail products. Complete requisitions for additional products, supplies, or equipment. Inspect work areas and tools/equipment to ensure conformance to company standards. Notify Engineering of spa/salon maintenance and repair needs. Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, and motivating and coaching employees; serve as a role model. Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager. Perform general office duties to support Sales & Marketing (e.g., filing, sending emails, typing, faxing, copying). Prepare sales-related documents throughout the sales process (e.g., proposals, spa contracts, or banquet event orders). Promote awareness of brand image internally and externally. Gather materials and assemble information packages (e.g., brochures, promotional materials). Use sales techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty to Ritz-Carlton. Enter, retrieve, reconcile, and verify information (e.g., commissions, leads, third parties) in software involved in the sales process. Answer guest questions about property facilities/services (e.g., hours of operation, rates and room types, packages, promotions, entertainment, restaurants, special events). Serve as the point of contact for clients and communicate with them by phone and email to respond to questions and requests. Promote awareness of brand image internally and externally. Ensure that any outstanding requests or problems from the previous day receive priority and are resolved. Receive, record, and relay messages accurately, completely, and legibly. Follow up with guests to ensure their requests or problems have been met to their satisfaction. Attend daily lineups promptly. Open door and greet guests as they arrive in the lobby, as assigned. Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating and coaching employees; serve as a role model and first point of contact of the Guarantee of Fair Treatment/Open Door Policy process. Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager; complete safety training and certifications. Follow all company policies and procedures; ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate and address guests' service needs; assist individuals with disabilities; thank guests with genuine appreciation. Speak with others using clear and professional language; prepare and review written documents accurately and completely; answer telephones using appropriate etiquette. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others; support team to reach common goals; listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees. Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards; identify, recommend, develop, and implement new ways to increase organizational efficiency, productivity, quality, safety, and/or cost-savings. Read and visually verify information in a variety of formats. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
