$600, $600 Fun, 31, Male w/ small, quiet, friendly, no shed dog looking Pvt

I NEED A PLACE BY 4/1/13 OR B4.
Hi. my name is Mark and im looking a Pvt Room.
i have a small, quiet, friendly, no shed, Yorkie dog (7 lbs).
Male or Female roommates r fine.
kinda looking 4 anything from 1 roommate setup to house w/ 4+ people.
just trying to find a place w/ some fun people to live w/ (occasionally go out to bars or clubs, etc.)
sq. footage is not 2 important but the bigger the better.
i want to pay only up to $600/ mo. (including utilities) but if like $50 over, i can prob do that.
ideal place would be in a good, safe area but would love a place close to nightlife or beach/ ideal- near a 24 hr fitness.
ideal also would include a nice view (ex: my favorite- downtown Miami).
i absolutely need a Furnished room (including most imp bed, also desk, chest-of-drawers/ tv table, shelves, closet, n some storage space).
pets must be ok. if u have pets: wat kinds and r they friendly to other animals/ people?
ideal- place sprayed, no bugs.
other roommates must be clean or average, i can live w/ messy people only if kitchen is always in order (dishes put away, no filth). i dont care if u have a messy room.
no very loud or bothersome noises. my current place has a h2o pump/ filter in my closet and switches on now n again n is very loud.
loud noises every now n again is ok, just not every 1 minute or few mins it switches on n runs 4 10 secs.
ideal- really excellent internet connection/ speed.
i am fine w/ sharing a bathroom just prob not w/ over 3 people.
