For investors who have a history of owning and managing residential or commercial real estate. We will finance up to 8 properties or $2M for one borrower, whichever is less.

The loan qualification is determined based on a debt coverage ratio, or DCR, qualifying based on CASH FLOW from the subject property.

* FHA "Back to Work" program for borrowers who have an "economic" occurrence affect their credit
* FHA Flip's with day on title and for 1-4 unit properties
* No cap on debt ratios (with AUS approval ONLY)
* BK7 less than 2 years out and FC/short sale less than 4 years out (with document verifying extenuating circumstances)

* Up to 10 financed properties for investor purchases
• Jumbo / Non-Conforming
* Jumbo Financing down to 580 credit scores and up to 95% LTV
