We are looking for energetic, confident and out:going individuals to lead our teams at various locations. Serving Miami:Dade since 1979, we are an established company offering employment stability and an excellent benefit package to our employees.
Good in:person and telephone communications skills, organization and the ability to work in a high:pressure environment are necessary. Working with customers on a daily basis to address their storage needs. Possess leadership qualities to motivate others. Responsible for propertys overall appearance and curb appeal
This person must have managerial experience in storage rentals, property management, leasing, hospitality or similar fields.
Must have a valid drivers license
Must be able to work weekends
Must be bilingual (English and Spanish)
Hiring bonus after 90 Days
