Job Description JOB OVERVIEW Position: Office Assistant (Paid on Thursday) Location: Miami, FL finance office Hours: 8:30AM - 5PM (Monday- Friday) weekends off DAILY DUTIES: Our full-time OA plays a key role to the success of our organization by succeeding at the following: Greet and assist onsite guests. Answer inbound telephone calls. Develop and implement organized filing systems. Perform all other office tasks. HIRING REQUIREMENTS: High school diploma or GED Previous experience in customer service or related fields. Presentation Skills. Fantastic communication skills.
