Job Description:/h3:
:Execute posting schedule for Facebook, Twitter, You Tube, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Intranet etc.
:Ensure social media is incorporated into all marketing efforts.
:Develop, implement and manage innovative ideas to drive great engagement, and grow external communities.
:Write, develop and administer press across our various news outlets.
:Assist in the development and implementation of a benchmarking and measurement program to gauge the effectiveness of social media programs and key initiatives.
:Deliver content, stories, information and our brand message into the social media space.
:Determine the most effective ways to position our company in the conversation.
:Support marketing events; working with vendors, speakers and logistics of the event.
:Work as an administrator for the company intranet including populating content, data entry, auditing data input into system, maintenance and uploading of files, user support, training department users.
:Assist in other departmental and organizational projects as needed and assigned.
The ideal candidate is professional, articulate, self:motivated and possesses a strong work ethic. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, organizational and time management/multi:tasking skills are a must. Proficiency in all Microsoft Office Programs and experience in Adobe required. Bachelors Degree in Marketing or related field strongly preferred. Real Estate experience preferred.
