Job Description:/h3:
We are looking to add talented loan officers who love leads and know how to work them. Quality leads provided (with no cap on new leads 2,500 per month) from numerous premier sources (i.e.: TV, radio, purchase internet leads from HUD, LendingTree, LowerMyBills, Zillow, Trulia , SEO and other similar sources, direct mail, etc.). We offer a purchase leads to keep our loan officers pipelines full and Realtors happy Its all about giving back to our Realtors and helping them scale their business
Finally, The Miami Shores Branch needs a PR/Marketing assistant to cater to our internal Real estate accounts/net branches such as Keller Williams, Keyes, and Remax, Broker Nation, etc.

Job Summary
Employees primary duty shall be the sale of mortgage loan products and services to residential mortgage customers. Employee shall at all times devote substantially more than 50 percent of Employees working hours outside of any Company office, home office, and any other fixed site, meeting with customers and potential customers seeking residential mortgage financing. Employees primary duties shall include without limitation:
Lead Program to supplement personal purchase production and increase Realtor base (Purchase Internet Leads)
Cardone University Sales Training reimbursed from the Branch

Essential Job Functions:
:Organization: Develops and implements relationship strategies for selling services, satisfying customer needs through a full array of products and services.
:Coordination: Utilizes business development skills to establish new business maintaining a structured, consistent and established training program.

Responsibilities:
Exercise administrative control over sales function for branch as assigned.
:Maintains working knowledge of federal, state and local governments and private investors policies and guidelines.
:Maintains strong familiarity with current trends in the real estate and mortgage banking industries as well as the companys operating policies and procedures.
:Provide present and potential customers with superior level of customer service.
:Working with customers to create loan packages that meet their particularized needs and goals, while guiding them through the complex requirements of the various lenders.
:Educating customers regarding mortgage loans generally, the mortgage loan process, the different types of loans available, and how costs and payments can vary under the numerous alternatives available, so customers can make informed decisions in acquiring the appropriate loan to fit their respective needs.
:Originating the actual mortgages.
:Overseeing the loan transaction from initiation, through processing, approval, closing and recording, while ensuring that the customer understands and is satisfied with the process, and that the activities undertaken comply with Company and industry guidelines and policies.

Experience:
:1 year or more of experience in mortgage sales preferred.
:If your new or not licensed we will reimburse the cost of obtaining your mortgage license after your third closing.

Skills:
Strong interpersonal:communication and business:relationship skills.
Detail oriented with strong organizational and follow:through skills.
Excellent analytical, written and verbal communication skills.
Technologically proficient in MS Windows software.
