Job DescriptionREO (Real Estate Owned) Asset support staff This position requires familiarity with the terminology of the office unit. The HOA Lien Researcher selects appropriate methods from a wide variety of procedures or makes simple adaptations and interpretations of a limited number of substantive guides and manuals. The clerical steps often vary in type or sequence, depending on the task. Recognized problems are referred to others. Detailed Job description Belowseeking experienced REO (Real Estate Owned) Asset support staff for its single family residential asset management team, specifically handling HOA/Condo fee negotiation and payment. Portfolio will consist entirely of Single Family Residential Properties and individual condominium units. Candidate should have at least some residential Real Estate Management experience and/or the understanding of how to research and process HOA/Condo Association Invoice. Capability to understand individual State Statutes. A comprehensive training program will be provided. Must be able to pass a credit inquiry and background. Hours of operations will be flexed to comply with all National Time Zones daily business hours. Real Estate Background is a major plus Duties to include (but not limited to): Candidate must be detail oriented and able to comprehend Contract Requirements and able to perform duties independently on a daily basis. In depth knowledge of computer skills; including thorough knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word and Excel). Proficiency in automated office software is desired.
