OEM Storage New Pursuit Representative - IBM (Miami, FL)

Representatives will drive opportunities for both direct contracted sales, as well as through indirect OEM channel partners. Responsibility includes attaining revenue, profit and customer satisfaction objectives.
Candidates are sought with experience in storage sales, strong knowledge of competition (EMC, NetApp, including competitive work experience, and in industries utilizing embedded IT equipment.
Requirements and success factors:
* Hunter mentality, paired with a consultative sales approach
* Ability to call on C-level executives and articulate a solid business proposition
* Professional communication skills, teaming and work methods
* Successful sales experience, with solid storage competency
* Experience in competitive sales and/or targeted industry solution areas
Required
* High School Diploma/GED
* At least 10 years experience in technical sales and/or business development
* Readiness to travel 25% travel annually
* English: Fluent
