Title: Nursing Supervisor Tamiami Urgent Care FT 8-5p
Location: Miami
To effectively and efficiently facilitate patient flow and the daily operations of the urgent care center to include: staff hiring, on-boarding and ongoing competency assessment and continuing education, performance evaluation, and talent development for all nursing, technical and clerical staff. Responsible for development and implementation of staff schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels are maintained at all times, staff supervision and maintaining adequate levels of patient care supplies to support clinical, service, fiscal and employee excellence. Assists the manager in other duties as assigned. Documents clearly all coaching/counseling of staff up to and including termination for cause.
Current Florida RN license required. Minimum of 2 years supervisory/charge experience required. Emergency room experience desired.
