Location: Miami
This position is responsible for the cost effective management of quality care and flow through the centralized prioritization of patient and staff placement. Additionally, the Supervisor / Specialist works in conjunction with Management and Administration to direct nursing operations and integrate nursing activities.
Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred. All Associate Degree nurses hired must agree to achieve their BSN degree within 3 years of start date and must be licensed in the State of Florida as a Registered Nurse. Two or more years of Nursing Supervision Experience in Cost Effective Management of Quality care and flow through centralized prioritization of patient and staff placement. Experience with dealing with internal and external disaster management. Must be able to work in conjunction with management and Administration to direct Nursing operations and integrates nursing activities. Must be an excellent communicator.
