Possess working knowledge of National State Board''s of Accountancy requirements, including those applicable to their Quality Assurance Standard preferred.
Provide on-site support at Training events.
Individuals in this role will either be focused on performing assigned responsibilities primarily within a geographic market, or for nationally delivered programs.
Intermediate MS Office skills. Basic familiarity with learning solutions and methods including; instructional design; learning objectives; major educational technologies such as self-study, virtual classroom and performance support; and adult learning theory. Intermediate event management and implementation skills.
Teams with Project Managers, Educational Methods professionals, Subject Matter Specialists, Sponsors, HR and Office Services.
Individual may be responsible for the development and implementation of some small, low complexity programs under the direction of a Market Implementation Manager.
Minimum Years of Experience Necessary:
Minimum Degree(s) and Certification(s) Required:
BA, BS, or 3+ years project management experience including implementation, planning and execution of programs and projects.
Event management skills with a hospitality mindset and familiarity with learning solutions and methods.
