Summary of Job: Responsible for acting in a support role to housekeepers and supervisors. Responsible for cleaning hallways and removing trash while providing great customer service. Works in a fast and efficient manner. Job Functions: Provides housekeepers with needed supplies and stocks storerooms. Removes trash and soiled linens. Prepares and separates soiled linens and terry for pick up. Use floor equipment as required in the units, hallways, etc. Flips mattresses over on a quarterly basis or as required by manufacturer. Immediately notifies supervisor of any equipment failure. Smiles and is friendly when interacting with co:workers, guests and property employees. Employment and Education Requirements: High School education or GED. Prior housekeeping, cleaning or customer service experience preferred. Skills and Attributes: Must meet company and clients appearance standards. Ability to work with a variety of cleaning equipment and chemicals. Ability to perform all duties as required with or without an accommodation.
