Full Time Project Specialist Exteriors - Lowe's (Hialeah, FL)

Ability to persuade customers to make purchases and close projects in a customer''s home. Ability to apply basic mathematical concepts such as adding, subtracting, multiplying, dividing and working knowledge of weights and measures as applicable. Ability to understand and respond appropriately to basic customer and employee inquiries regarding offered products and projects. Read, write and communicate using English language sufficient to perform job functions (Other preferences will be given for special language communications skills when there is a business need). Ability to operate store equipment in assigned area. Satisfactorily complete all Lowe''s training requirements. Ability to operate/demonstrate/explain merchandise in assigned area. Thorough knowledge of Lead and Contact Management. Preferred experience selling at least two of the Exterior Categories (Windows, Siding, Decking, Fencing, Roofing, Gutters), or equivalent. Prior experience in measuring, estimating, and project planning is preferred. Must have reliable transportation to travel to the sales call/job site and to and from the store. Prior in-home selling or equivalent is preferred. Must pass a semi-annual Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) review and maintain a valid driver''s license.
