Clevelander C-Level Host - The Clevelander Hotel (Miami Beach, FL)

Duties: ?Review the hotel daily report, VIP guest list, special events and BEO s and other pertinent departmental information and prepare terraces accordingly
?Deliver a friendly welcoming greeting to guests as they arrive on C-Level
?Anticipate guest s needs and proactively offer services
?Maintain the look and feel on C-Level and SPF4
?Ensure all furniture is clean, comfortable and in good condition
?Issue beach towels to guests and maintain the par level; update and control inventory
?Tastefully arrange a display of guest amenities, maintain pars; update and control inventory
?Interact with guests throughout the day offering amenities and building guest relationships
?Respond to guest needs and communicate questions, concerns or requests to the appropriate departments
?Provide information, suggestions and directions to guests
?Suggest other amenities to guests such food, beverage, merchandise, and reservations to drive internal revenue
?Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications: ?Must be at least 18 years old
?High school diploma preferred
?The ability to read, write and speak English
?High energy level
?Flexible schedule, ability to work different days and times
?Basic math skills
?Ability to follow cost controls procedures
?Ability to work in a team environment
?Ability to multitask in high stress situations
?Ability to verbally communicate and take direction
?Strong attention to detail
?Strong organizational and time management skills required
Extended period of standing and walking are required.
Open availability required to include weekends and holidays.
