Recherche Goldens breeds high quality European white/cream Golden Retrievers in Statesville, NC. We are looking to expand to other breeds. Everyone of our pups go through a training program from 5-12 weeks minimum and most enroll their pups till training until 16 weeks old. Some opt to have their pup trained till they are 6-12 months old. We provide a consistent stream of puppies and need a dog trainer that has the expertise to train our pups as we promise.

We are flexible in our training methods if your methods are proven superior. We want a dog trainer that's willing to work 5-6 days a week minimum for 5-7 hours everyday. We are almost always training pups so work with be very consistent. You must love to work with young pups and be able to train the pups to sit, stay, lay, come, walk on a leash, heel (older ages) & stair training. Our clients expect a well trained and well mannered puppy.

Additional qualities needed are as follows:

GREAT Attitude- "You are hired for your skills but fired for your attitude."
NEVER Gossiping- We have a strict no gossip policy.
Well Organized- many times you will be training over 20-40 pups and so extreme organization is needed.

Saint Agnes Catholic Church in Key Biscayne is seeking a Director of Religious Education (DRE) (Full-Time)for the 2015-16 religious education year. This person will organize and direct the program of lifelong faith formation for all parishioners under the direction of the pastor and in collaboration with the pastoral staff.

This Director will have the pastor's delegated responsibility and authority to develop and implement a plan for lifelong comprehensive and systematic catechesis and will work in collaboration with parish staff members who share the responsibility for catechesis. The current program has over 500 children enrolled.

Schedule: 40 hours/week, to include weekends and some evenings.


Responsibilities

Develop and implement a plan for comprehensive and systematic catechesis, including Sacramental Preparation for children, youth and adults based on the plan for comprehensive and systematic catechesis of the Archdiocese of Miami.
Implement the catechetical policies and curriculum of the Archdiocese of Miami.
Direct the administration of parish catechetical programs from adults to children.
Recruit, screen, train and evaluate candidates for the role of catechist.
Ensures that all their catechists are certified according to the guidelines of the Archdiocese of Miami.

Collaborate with the pastor, other parish ministers and appropriate committees, boards and councils to develop catechetical vision, establish catechetical policy, and facilitate the understanding of catechetical ministry within the larger community.
Participate in the on-going formation opportunities, continuing education and professional development for DREs.
Work with parents to ensure the support and involvement of the family in the parish catechetical program.

Assist the pastor in developing and coordinating programs and processes for adult faith formation for adults of all ages which may include young adults/young parents prior to and after the Baptism of infants; adults in the RCIA/ parents of school-aged children, senior adults, etc.
Implement Virtus programs for religious ed students and ensure that catechetical personnel are in compliance with Safe Environment policy.

Qualifications

Practicing Catholic in good standing who fully adheres to and models the Church's teachings in faith and morals.
Must have knowledge of tenets of Catholic Church and parish structures.
Must be fully committed, supportive and respectful of the mission and tenets of the Roman Catholic Church.
Must have active participation in parish life.
Master's Degree or Master of Divinity (MDiv) in Catholic Religious Education, Theology or a related field from a Catholic University or equivalent.
Excellent oral and written English-language communication skills, including clear speaking voice.
Spanish-language spoken communication skills strongly preferred.
Three - five years of experience in parish catechetical ministry.
Must be a self-starter, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Must possess strong skills in organization, administration, recruitment/formation of volunteers.
Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Must have good business writing / correspondence skills.

Job Summary
Complete opening and closing duties, including setting up necessary supplies and tools, cleaning all equipment and areas, locking doors, etc. Complete all closing reports, including MICROS reports. Record transaction in MICROS system at time of order. Obtain change required for expected business level and keep bank secure at all times. Count bank at end of shift, complete designated cashier reports, resolve any discrepancies, and drop off receipts. Transport bank to/from assigned workstation. Resolve any cash overages or shortages as requested by Accounting. Communicate with guests and other employees and ensure staff is working together as a team to ensure optimum service. Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating and coaching employees; and serve as a role model.
Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager; and complete safety training and certifications. Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional, maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, and protect company assets. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipate and address guests' service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and thank guests with genuine appreciation. Speak with others using clear and professional language, and answer telephones using appropriate etiquette. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, and support team to reach common goals. Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards. Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time. Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
