Job Description:/h3:
:Management of the companies OTC brands and its direct and indirect sales resources.
:In:depth understanding of the companys current products and future concepts.
:Includes the following; other duties may be assigned by management at any time.
:Managing and developing the units P and L and driving market/sales growth.
:Development and implementation of yearly business plans
:Strong analytical skills, business savvy and the ability to multitask are all essential.
:Meet all established Measurable Business Objectives; financial and strategic.
:Budget:management skills.
:Professional judgment and discretion that comes from years of experience in the field
:Creation and implementation of consumer promotion programs to generate new sales of the products on a quarterly basis.
:Analysis of all sales channels and shipment data (sell:in), including analysis of competitive trends.
:Analyze monthly sales reports from retailers to ascertain the sell:out of the brands and sell:in from distributors to identify qualitative sales trends per brand.
:Manage in:store promoters, special events, and all point of sales activities as required.
:Evaluate distributors, promoters and all point of sales activities effectiveness on quarterly basis.
:Manage and develop the Business Units direct and indirect reports.
:Manage and distribution in the following sales areas
1. Pharmacies
2. Supermarkets
3. Mass merchandisers
4. Price Clubs (Sams Club, Costco, and Price Smart)

:Proven experience in the creation of brand marketing plans. Four (4) years of Sales Brand Management experience, preferably within the OTC : consumer goods industry.
:Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to coordinate a high level of business activity under a variety of conditions and pressure constraints.
:This position requires a minimum monthly travel schedule of sixty percent (60).
:Comfortable and confident in presenting to Senior Management, distributors and to large groups at any business meeting.
:Demonstrated bias for action and proficiency in project management skills, data analysis, budget and human resources management
:Confident interpersonal, communication, influencing and analytical skills.
