We are seeking an Office Clerical And Customer Service to join our team You will perform clerical and customer service functions in order to drive company success.
:Bill insurances and and government agencies
:Plan and schedule appointments and deliveries with coordinators
:Assist clients to select purchases
:Answer inbound telephone calls
:Develop and implement organized filing systems
:Perform all other office tasks
:Assist cashier when necessary
:Monthly visits and meeting with agencies and consumers
:Great personality and marketing ability.
:Enjoys talking to and helping people
:Previous experience in office billing or other related fields
:Ability to prioritize and multitask
:Excellent verbal communication skills
:Strong attention to detail
