Crystal Academy is looking for a BCaBA for our Primary School
The BCaBA would direct academic education and behavior therapy services for a 14-year-old middle-school student with autism. In addition, the BCaBA would be responsible for maintaining behavior intervention plans for 1-2 other children between the ages of 2-13 with autism or other intellectual or developmental disabilities. This position involves extensive hands-on behavior intervention and training directly with children and parents.

Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Direct implementation of academic education and behavior therapy services
Assessment of language, daily living skills, social and academic skills, and other related skills using tools like the VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, and AFLS
Assessment of children for inappropriate or problematic behaviors
Development, implementation, evaluation, and monitoring of behavior intervention plans
Periodic reporting of progress with families and insurance providers
Parent or caregiver training

Job Requirements
Applicants must hold a current BCaBA credential.
Ideal applicants would have experience with teaching middle-school level academic skills like mathematics and reading comprehension, and experience using assessments of daily living skills like the AFLS.
Experience assessing children using the VB-MAPP and ABLLS-R assessments is preferred, but not required.

Our business hours are Monday - Friday between the hours of 8 AM - 5:30 PM.

Compensation starts at $52,000 per year, salaried, with possible increases commensurate with skills and experience.
