Position Summary.
This position is responsible for the opening of new accounts of distributors and representatives. Leading, driving and executing the business development and sales process to achieve revenue and profit goals, coordinate after sales client support and customer service, while meeting and exceeding customer needs and expectations; This position will track critical performance information, generate reports and analyze data to evaluate sales statistics and customer satisfaction; Incumbent will establish goals and monitor the volume of sales channels and representatives; Ensure compliance with the companys credit policy, ensure that Accounts Receivables remain current in coordination with the collections team and Accounting; He/She will also coordinate closely with Partners, Other Sales areas, Logistics, Warehouse and Accounting areas. This position may have direct reports, he/she will be based in Miami preferably and will report to the Sales Senior Partner. This position will be part of the Leadership Team.

1. Open new accounts for Distributors and Representatives. Leading, managing and executing the business development to open new channels, while meeting and exceeding channel and customer needs and expectations. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Actively manage the identification and sourcing prospective future business and bring new and reputable clients and sales in strategic growth areas. Responsible for inbound and outbound lead generation.
Develop an in:depth knowledge of Daxs core products, channels and sales process. Remain knowledgeable of key processes, business initiatives and internal resources.
Search, Identify, negotiate, coordinate approval process and implement new distributors and representatives within strategic territories and segments and as requested by executive staff.
Effectively manage business development and sales operations expenses to ensure delivery of gross margins and maximizing efficiency and returns.
Work closely with marketing to identify opportunities and weaknesses within territories.
Manage the prospecting team and develop and make appropriate sales calls and coordinate with team and leader to develop new channels.
Participate in appropriate expos and industries conferences. Participate and collaborate on sales and prospecting trips and missions as appropriate.
Develop, communicate, and implement business development and sales plan. Accurately forecast volume and contribution monthly and communicate with other areas. Utilize and ensure company tools and infrastructure are leveraged in a timely manner such as Sales and CRM tools.
Nurture strong customer relationships, provide effective account management.
Provide effective after sales, quality and customer service. Timely address and coordinate customer claims. Ensure timely responses to customer needs and requirements with appropriate solutions.

2. Effective Management of Distributors and Representatives. Coordinate after sales client support and customer service. Optimize team and resources. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Implement and enhance new account onboarding and execute and support ongoing training, coaching and development: as needed.
Manage the channel network and ensure that they consistently meet or exceed sales performance metrics. Coordinate regular sales meetings to drive strategy and results.
Coordinate with senior leaders to make decisions on pricing, approval or removal of distributors and representatives;
Motivate and drive performance of channels. Advocate for needs/challenges of network.
Work with each distributor and representative to establish goals and objectives for each year/Quarter/Month and monitor and advise on the progress to enhance results or address performance issues.
