Subject to KYOCERAA?s policies and guidelines, the Professional Service Consultant is responsible for providing pre:sales support on KYOCERA network connectivity and solutions, with a heavy emphasis on device application/Software integration and Managed Document Services (MDS)plete all requirements of K:SIP Training, including but not limited to: attending K:SIP Training Classes and active utilization of CRM tool.To actively manage and drive field support in your assigned area. To accomplish this responsibility through effective communications with the dealer network, field sales staff.To provide pre:sales field support directly to accounts on digitally integrated products. This will includes but not limited to Site Surveys, presenting and creating custom materials, deploying evaluation equipment and participating in the deployment and administrative training of key client personnel for management.Meet the objectives presented by the Senior Manager of LAD Professional Service on a quarterly, Semi:Annual and yearly troduce document solutions to existing clients KYOCERA Global Service support program to expand the account place worldwide. Assists with various initiatives, events and special projects as assignedActively sell KYOCERA and Third party software products and applications in order to achieve own master plan. QUALIFICATIONS:Required:Experience with Managed Document Services (MDS) or Managed Print Services (MPS)Minimum of 3 years pre:sales experience within office product industry with particular emphasis in color imaging, digital black and white , wide format devices and solutions.Minimum of 3 years experience with computers (General/Server/Unix/Linux) and networks.Ability to create and present all types of sales and MDS Solutions to a prospective client. Highly qualified Presentation skill and experience. Have a working knowledge of document editing and desktop publishing applications.Physical requirements: standing, sitting and working with computer, bending/filing, and lifting.Ability to travel up to 70 (includes overnight). Fluent in English and SpanishValid drivers licensePhysical requirements: standing, sitting and working with computer, bending, driving and light pany relocation is not provided to Miami, FL office. Employee must self:relocate. Preferred:ITIL/ISO20000, CDIA+ and Microsoft certificationPrior training on color and digital black and white controllersFamiliar with remote device management.
