Aon is looking for a Performance Security Director in our Miami office. As part of an industry:leading team, you will help empower results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions as part of our Aon Risk Solutions : Construction Services Group (CSG) Your impact as Performance Security Director.Job Responsibilities:To support performance security local teams with their client, prospect and project needs related to surety solutions, market access and trends and product availability and development. Design, execute and follow up regional performance security strategy is a key element for the role.Advanced surety technical knowledge (construction related surety knowledge will be valuable). You bring knowledge and expertise.Desired Experience:Minimum of five years of appropriate surety experience in an account executive / underwriter capacity required. Proficiency in PC office products. Quick learner, self:starter, excellent communication skills.Good communication skills. Ability to implement and execute. Bilingual in English and Spanish required. Portuguese fluency also preferred.Education:BachelorA?s degree in finance, business administration, engineering, law or risk management.
