Job Description
Due to our rapid expansion, an opportunity exists for a Domestic Freight Coordinator in a dynamic wine and spirits importing, sales and marketing operation. This position offers the right candidate a key position within the organization and will provide opportunities for career development and growth. The purpose of the position is to manage operational logistics, with specific concentration in domestic freight, warehouse management, vendor management, and other special projects.

This position reports to the Manager of Freight and Logistics, and Park Streets General Manager.
Job Responsibilities
1. Coordinate domestic freight on behalf of clients and internal client managers. This includes interfacing with the following parties:
a. Park Street logistics warehouses
b. 3rd party warehouses
c. Freight carriers
d. US Customs
e. Internal client managers
f. Clients
2. Collect, analyze and distribute necessary paperwork for product movement. This could include bills of lading, air way bills, transfer records, certificates of origin, etc.
3. Track and maintain freight movements through online systems, as well as with carriers systems.
4. Assist with purchase orders, invoices, transfer orders, and other logistics tasks.
5. Ensure data integrity across multi:functional systems, including a real:time reporting platform.
6. Maintain internal controls to safeguard corporate resources and property.
7. Perform special projects, as the primarily responsible party and/or team member, as needed.
8. Protect operations by keeping financial information and plans confidential.
9. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Mandatory Skills and Qualifications
1. 2:3 years of domestic logistics coordination or similar experience
2. Solid oral and written communications skills
3. 2:3 years of client:facing experience
4. Strong problem solver driven to accomplish goals and able to work independently
5. Intermediate Excel skills preferred
6. Comfortable working long hours in a fast:paced, dynamic environment
7. College Degree Required
