This individual works closely with the General Manager to ensure that products are ordered, logged and reported in a timely fashion. Essential Tasks and Responsibilities:Enter accurate data into the Warehouse Inventory Management System (WIMS)Enter accurate data into the Warehouse Inventory Management System (WIMS)Check/audit/verify reports from the database to confirm transactional accuracyUse database to determine and ensure adequate inventory levelsWork effectively with customers and client to immediately resolve problemsDeliver exceptional follow through on all assigned projectsBe on time for all scheduled shiftsBecome proficient with all technology: scanners; computer systems; scales; measurement tools; reports; etc.Assist in daily/monthly inventory reconciliation processExecute quality control for all stock loaded/boarded onto trains and stripped/returned from trainsProvide effective feedback to relevant employees and supervisors when stock discrepancies are identified during the transfer:out and transfer:in processes, in order to help improve performance and eliminate variancesPerform additional duties as assigned by shift manager/superiors Additional Job Functions:Complete special projects as neededComplete any task requested by a supervisor or member of the Aramark management team. Qualifications:Skilled in Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, with the ability to learn proprietary softwareGood basic math skills; excellent attention to detail and accuracyA solid understanding of inventory flow and accountability, including FIFO product rotation and shelf:lifeWorks well as part of a team; collaborative; positive; ability to live the Aramark Mission: A?Deliver experiences that enrich and nourish livesA? Excellent customer service skills and a high level of follow through abilityAble to communicate professionally in person, by phone and through emailReliable attendance record with schedule flexibilityFluent in English, bilingual preferred (Spanish) Work Environment: Unit offices, back:of:house, and other locations on campus.
