Job Description:/h3:
The role of the Account Manager is to serve as a layer of business contact with our national accounts. The AM will support the VP of Sales and together they will have a clear grasp on all aspects of each company program and business relationship. The AM must consistently provide excellent customer service to these accounts, as well as represent the clients needs and goals within our organization to ensure that we exceed the clients expectations. Through successful relationship management and understanding of our role in the clients business, the AM will work to discover areas for improvement and growth with each client partner.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
xF0B7; Reports to VP of Sales, providing regular input on account activity.
xF0B7; Maintains all program documents for each of our national accounts
xF0B7; Monitor TUUCIs presence on client websites and in client marketing materials
xF0B7; Works with the VP to pin point the clients goals and potential areas for improvement
xF0B7; Reviews all major deliverables to ensure quality standards and client expectations are met
xF0B7; Be aware of opportunities for account growth and new business
xF0B7; Collaborate with marketing, sales, quality assurance and product development to ensure successful launch of solutions for client issues.
xF0B7; Manage projects using defined management tools and communication vehicles.
xF0B7; Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
xF0B7; Strong project management skills
xF0B7; Excellent computer skills, MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
xF0B7; Ability to use independent judgement with a high level of initiative
xF0B7; Must be detail oriented
xF0B7; Reliable, punctual attendance is required
xF0B7; Ability to manage in a fast paced environment
xF0B7; Ability to interact effectively within a team and with other departments
xF0B7; A bachelors degree required
xF0B7; Preferred at least one year experience in sales or planning within a creative/ design related industry
