Schedule meetings with the staff of the office and conclude meeting as to what was priority and policy regulations, order all needed supplies to the office as needed, made sure everything in the office was running smooth. I reported all activities to the president of this firm. Ms. Lilliam Fernandez, al so was a team player in all aspect of all my duties. I am a hard worker who does not take (no) on some challenges. Working overtime with this firm was never an issue I always arrives on a timely matter even early to make sure that by the time got in to the office everything was in order and coffee was made for all the staff. Out of all my jobs this one was the less stress possible and had a great time working with Ms. Fernandez.
