UAC ACADEMY PROGRAM MANAGER (FT) The Academy Program Manager provides instructional leadership to staff and students of the UC Program. Plans, implements and monitors curriculum to ensure quality to students and effectiveness of the program. Provides leadership in the creation and revision of programs. Performs Academic Improvement Plans and Behavior improvement Plans for all students. Monitors student's achievements. UAC ACADEMY PROGRAM MANAGER (FT) Bachelor's degree in Education or related field from an accredited College/University PLUS at least 5 years of teaching experience and 1 year of management experience. Master's Degree preferred. Must have a Florida State Teacher Certification. Must have a Florida State Teacher's Certification AND a Certification to teach English to Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL). Must be bilingual (English/Spanish).
