Job Description:/h3:
The Office Receptionist is the first point of contact in the front office.
Job duties include:
:Answer multi:line phone and frequently asked questions about our schools from parents or directing calls to appropriate personnel.
:Collect, sort and distribute office mail.
:Collect and distribute parcels.
:Ensure reception area is kept tidy.
:Assist with marketing/mailing projects.
:Assist with emailing internally and/or to parents utilizing Microsoft Office Outlook.
:Assist with office calendaring.
:May assist with scheduling meeting and event planning.
:Will assist with ordering food for meetings.
:Will assist with school call outs.
:Will assist with downloading website content.
Good friendly, professional phone skills necessary. Comfortable with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.
Job Type: Full:time
Salary: 9.00 /hour
Required experience: Preferred: 1 year
Required language: English and Spanish are both required for this position
Required education: High school or equivalent
