Position Overview The appointment setter will coordinate, book and confirm appointments for the service of vehicles for all our franchises according to established processes. Maintains contact with customers to ensure the retention or their car's service needs with Warren Henry Auto Group. Responsibilities Greet customers on the phone in a friendly and professional fashion and ascertain what each customer wants or needs. Processes customer's requests for loaners, valet and other services.Follows up on pending items and customer requests as well as keeps customers updated with friendly follow-up.Communicates with the Service department manager's and service advisors of each franchise to obtain any needed information to complete an appointment and satisfy the customer's needs.Maintain updated information on service recalls, pricing and other items related to the service of the different automobiles. Maintaining knowledge of how to process loaners, valet services and how to properly schedule these services in accordance with the franchise's policies.Updates and maintains taking advantage of training whether voluntary or mandatory. Minimum Qualifications:High School or GED.Must have experience in customer service.Must possess fluent English and Spanish speaking ability.Excellent communication skills both oral and written.Proper email and telephone etiquette.Must be comfortable with public communication.Must be able to work flexible hours and on weekends.Detail oriented with great follow-up skills.
