Our services include Housekeeping, Public Area Cleaning, Overnight Deep Kitchen Cleaning, Stewarding and Exterior High Rise Window and Chandelier cleaning. All of our customers are nationally established well known hotels, casinos, vacation ownership resorts and malls. Due to our rapid growth and expansion we are seeking high quality individuals.We service brands like Wyndham, Ritz-Carlton, Starwood, Hyatt, MGM-Resorts and Caesars.These positions will require relocation to either Louisiana, Texas, South Carolina, Florida, Missouri, Nevada or Mississippi. Minorities And Women Are Encouraged To Apply. Summary of Job: This is a succession plan job with fast track promotion based on performance. No experience needed, only related college degree. At the end of twelve months you will be promoted should you successfully complete the program. Promotion will include a leadership position in one of our locations in 30 states. Essential Job Functions: Learns and rotates through all of the positions in Resort/Hotel/Casino housekeeping departments. Willing to learn and also teach others. Upon completion of first rotation will learn and perform Housekeeping Inspector duties. Last six months of rotation will be at the Supervisory level. Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and conduct. Recognizes and rewards employees. Smiles and is friendly when interacting with co-workers, guests and property employees. Follows and teaches all required safety and standard operating procedures. Adheres to all company and regulatory policies. Reports any wrongdoing to corporate headquarters in Miami, Florida. Works weekends, holidays, rotating shifts and long hours. Up to 12 hours per day. Acts as a role model to other Service Company employees. Qualifications: College degree in hospitality management or business. Must be passionate, people driven and care about our line employees development. Must be an outgoing customer service driven individual. Must have the desire to motivate and develop other employees. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Must meet company and clients appearance standards Ability to work with a variety of cleaning equipment and chemicals Ability to perform all duties as required with or without an accommodation. Ability to motivate and respect hourly employees. Knowledge of e-mail, MS-Word.
