Our services include Housekeeping, Public Area Cleaning, Overnight Deep Kitchen Cleaning, Stewarding and Exterior High Rise Window and Chandelier cleaning. All of our customers are nationally established well known hotels, casinos, vacation ownership resorts and malls. Due to our rapid growth and expansion we are seeking high quality individuals.We service brands like Wyndham, Ritz-Carlton, Starwood, Hyatt, MGM-Resorts and Caesars. These positions will require relocation to either Louisiana, Georgia, Ohio, Texas, South Carolina, D.C., Florida, Missouri, Nevada or Mississippi. Relocation allowance provided. Management Trainee Resort Overnight Shift - Kitchens And Public Areas These postions work 6 days a week from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Training program is 60 days and requires 100% percent travel at the companies expense with relocation after the training program is completed. Summary of Job: Responsible for the supervision of an overnight hotel kitchen and public area cleaning shift. We will teach you how to manage a cleaning shift. Through our 60-day training program we will teach you kitchen cleaning and floor care including marble, brass and glass cleaning. Responsible for making the customers property “Shine” and our employees shine. Must be able to work unsupervised, be responsible and have great customer service skills. Applicants must be clean cut and willing to relocate. This is a critical position for The Service Companies and high performers will be fast tracked for a promotion. Essential Job Functions: Works tirelessly on Kitchens, Floors and Employee Grooming Standards. Works hands on and side by side with hourly employees as needed. You must care about our employees and be a people developer. Ensures all public areas are cleaned on the overnight shift by assigned employees exceeding customers expectations. Maintains inventory of public area cleaning supplies. Inspects employees work to ensure quality standards are met. Ensures kitchens are cleaned to TSC specifications and chef’s standards. Recognizes and rewards employees. Smiles and is friendly when interacting with co-workers, guests and property employees. Follows and teaches all required safety and standard operating procedures. Adheres to all company and regulatory policies. Reports any wrongdoing to corporate headquarters in Miami, Florida. Works weekends and holidays. Acts as a role model to other Service Company employees. Qualifications: High School education or GED. One years prior public area or kitchen cleaning supervisory experience. Outstanding customer service skills. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Must meet company and clients appearance standards. Ability to work with a variety of cleaning equipment and chemicals. Ability to perform all duties as required with or without an accommodation. Ability to motivate and respect hourly employees. Knowledge of e-mail, MS-Word.
