We are looking for a Digital Project Manager to play a key role in a new agency and work closely with a small team to help guide the digital transformation of our clients' business.

TSC started five years ago in France and has recently formed a team in Miami to expand its reach within the Americas markets. TSC is a digital customer experience agency helping clients build happy customer experiences through a range of solutions including digital strategy for customer care, social media strategy and community building, customer journey mapping, and technical solution implementation.
This new agency is a division of Sitel Group, one of the largest global outsourcing providers of customer care, with over 400 active clients, 75,100 employees, across 22 countries.
The position is based in our headquarters in Brickell, Miami. This role will require some travel in "the Americas", mainly in the US.
:Play a vital role in our sales process:
:Working with the VP of Operations, you size the workload associate with the delivery (internal team, providers, and contractors).
:Review our partners' proposals to ensure we cover the scope of work sold.
:Attending client meetings and share technical recommendations.
:Organize and manage the delivery of the projects sold:
:Working with the Digital Strategists to better understand the clients' needs and deliver technical and functional specifications.
:Collaborating with different team members (digital strategist, designers, developers ...) to define planning and deadlines.
:Steer project implementation to meet delivery dates and high quality standards.
:Oversee the progress of the project and work closely with team members to report each milestone to the clients and monitor the consumption of the project's budget.
:Managing the communication between our clients' IT team and TSC.
:Managing documenting the project, train users, and provide customer support, if needed. Successful delivery of the project is your goal.
:Actively contribute to maintaining and enriching our delivery ecosystem:
:Develop a close relationship with our providers to facilitate delivery.
:Identify and attract talented freelancers and maintain a pool of complementary contractors.
Experience Target and Skills
:Successful experience in a Digital Project Management role within an Agency environment.
:Lead and organize a team with multiple internal and external stakeholders (digital strategist, developer, designer, etc.).
:Meet deadlines with planned resources and high quality standards.
:Experience with Large Accounts.
:Strong communication skills with fluency in English.
:Highly organized, team player, positive Attitude, and problem solving.
