Position Description:
We are looking for a responsible and highly motivated Inside Sales Associate (Opener) that thrives in a quick FinTech sales cycle environment. The position is primarily phone:based with daily call quotas around calling /following up on warm leads (there is no cold calling in this position). Sales Associates are tasked with opening leads by obtaining applications from our potential and existing customers via phone and e:mail. The leads with applications will then go to the Closer team to sell the deal.
Responsibilities
:Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
:Answer inbound phone calls in a timely manner and make outbound calls for follow:up with existing leads
:Assess customers needs, answer their queries and provide assistance and information on our available services and products
:Update the records in our CRM with all details of every call and interaction
:Follow up with customers for information or documentation needed to complete their applications
:Complete other tasks as necessary to engage the prospect and ensure they are passed to the appropriate Senior Sales Agent (Closer)
Requirements
:Proven customer service experience; inside sales experience a plus
:Good phone presence and experience working on the phone
:Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM preferred
:Excellent written and verbal communication skills (specifically in English)
:Strong listening and client service skills
:Ability to multi:task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
:Financial Services experience a plus
:Demonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed determined sales and activity quotas
Education and Experience:
:1:3 years customer service, telemarketing and/or inside sales experience
:High school diploma required; Bachelors degree is a plus
Physical Demands:
The physical demands of the position are typical of those found in a traditional office environment. Employee will not need to walk significant distances nor lift substantial weight. Employee will need to be able to remain seated at a desk for 8:9 hours in a typical workday.
