Customer Service Representative / Inside Sales Support

Perry Ellis International is looking for an individual who is energetic, self-motivated and has a passion for providing excellent Customer Service to support the Corporate Callaway Brand. This position is varied & not your traditional high volume call center environment. This role is multifaceted and involves working with Clients, Sales representatives, Distributors, & Support Logo development. Truly a good learning experience for a newcomer wanting to get their foot in the door at Perry Ellis and wants to learn A-Z of the business process flow . Flexible schedule is a requirement, hours & shifts vary from 9:00-6:00pm , 9:30 am-6:30 pm or 10 am - 7pm, Monday through Friday.

* Be the point of contact with our customers on an individual basis and must work well in a fast-paced environment servicing same day business for our distribution channel across the United States.

* Works well as a team player but understands how to prioritize and manage their individual workload too.

* Support all internal needs for Golf division by working with management , sales team members, direct clients, and external representatives.

* Responsible to work a call center answering inquiries, placing orders, providing ship status, setting up accounts.

* Supporting our outside sales force as well as customers with daily needs.

* Work hand in hand with internal departments to support full order management.

* Candidate must be able to multi-task and should be highly organized.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's Degree a plus!

* Person must have excellent phone, verbal, written skills.

* Ability to work well with co-workers and other staff members in different departments.

* Ability to multi-task and take on anything given, capable of working under pressure, highly detail oriented and organized.

* Ability to work flexible hours, schedule & shifts may vary across the three time slots mentioned above. On occasion weekend and extended hours may be requested.

* Ability to make quick and appropriate decisions that will benefit the company and our customers.

* Skill is using Essentus system, Business Objects, Microsoft Office and Google Applications preferred.

* Ability to learn new programs within a timely manner.
