Our company, located in Doral, FL, is looking for an energetic, outspoken, smart, driven, motivated Customer Service Operator! Is that you? Continue reading!

Duties & Responsibilities:
-Take inbound calls and fulfill the needs of our customers, by providing our products and scheduling services.
-Operate through a computer service platform
-Educate customers on our services while identifying opportunities to sell products.
-Coordinate with on the ground technicians that may need support.
-Troubleshoot customer tickets if needed
-Have a happy, clear and energetic voice
-Although you would have a set schedule, our services are provided 365 days a year from 7am- 11pm. Our shifts are 7am-3pm/3pm-11pm

Our Ideal Candidate
-Associate's Degree or higher
-2 years of Call Center/Customer Service Experience
-Excellent Customer Service, Sales, and Telephone skills
-Professional Work Ethic
-Multitasking skills
-Minimum of 60 wpm computer typing skills
-Responsible Time management skills
-Effective and professional verbal and writing English is a MUST
-A Second language is a PLUS!
-Adaptive to an ever-changing and fast paced environment
-Reliable and with Flexible availability to rotate through both shifts if needed
