Become the Clinical Nurse Coordinator of the Surgery Department at Baptist Hospital Miami and enjoy the hustle and bustle of our Level I Trauma, State of the Art, 18-Suite Surgery Department. Demonstrate your clinical expertise from at least 3 years scrubbing and/or circulating in busy surgical settings with a variety of complex surgical procedures in various specialties including Orthopedics, Maxillofacial, Pediatrics and Robotics- GYN/GU. Mentor and advance the skills of your staff through use of your exceptional supervision and leadership abilities. A current/ active Florida Registered Nurse License and Bachelors Degree will qualify you for the position. You may also qualify with Associate''s degree and written agreement to complete Bachelor''s degree within three years of start date. Eligible candidates will also possess a BLS and PALS or ACLS certifications.
