Job Description At Boats Group, our mission is to get the world on the water. As a Website Implementation Specialist, you will help connect boat buyers with sellers by building industry leading websites. The role is responsible for evaluating client needs and developing configurations that support business processes and plans. You will execute on delivery and implementation plans, test and troubleshoot final system setups as well as provide training and end-user support during and after the implementation process. You may be involved in pre-sales demonstrations or assist in scoping projects or developing proposals. This role relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Creativity is required. What You’ll Do Manage the production and launch of new websites; coordinating developer tasks, clients, account management and internal stakeholders. Manage a pipeline of customer migrations from legacy systems to BG’s new platform. Coordinate activities of development and operational staff. Deliver on established deadlines, communicate clearly to internal and external stakeholders Execute on required content entry including boat data, images and basic text/HTML. Conduct in-depth training and onboarding for new customers to ensure complete engagement in the platform. Ensure personal best practices by maintaining accurate notes and client information in SalesForce. Complete production of accounts in a timely fashion. Collaborate with Implementation and Technical Support teams to broaden understanding of website product features. Maintain a good level of marine industry knowledge to stay connected to clients and their needs. Additionally, you may be aligned with building sites for international customers. What You Should Have Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Marketing, or related field. Familiarity with standard software UI development concepts, practices, and procedures. Ability to meet deadlines and influence others to do the same, for the sake of the client. Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment. Experience with Salesforce, Google drive, Google docs and Gmail. An understanding of Bootstrap, HTML, CSS is required. Success in a work environment where collaboration is a must. Experience with software demonstrations and training of content management systems preferred. Organized, detail-oriented, and a creative problem-solver. Excellent written and oral communication skills. High personal accountability and focus on exceeding customer expectations. An interest in online marketing, design and websites.
