Job Description:/h3:
This position requires an outgoing, confident individual with excellent verbal and written communication skills and advanced computer skills. If you thrive in a fast:paced environment and have the ability to provide an excellent, 100 customer service focused experience to customers with every interaction, this is the job for you. The successful candidate will be a highly motivated, self:starter, who has a passion for excellence and values integrity, innovation and success.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop an extensive working knowledge of our companys software and it applications.
2. Provide software application training using a variety of delivery methods including web:based and on:site training
3. Coordinate new customer implementations, providing effective training to maximize use of the software.
4. Develop training materials for software implementation.
5. Provide end:user application support via phone and email.
6. Trouble shoot issues reported by customers and provide solutions.
7. Facilitate problem:solving between end user and software development staff.
8. Participate with development staff in testing new releases of the product.
9. Develop working relationship with Sales and Marketing staff to utilize product knowledge and customer relationships in support of sales efforts.

Requirements / Experience / Skills:
1. Associates Degree or equivalent work experience is required.
2. At least three years of experience delivering web:based training is highly preferred.
3. Ability to anticipate areas of difficulty and/or questions and quickly adapt training to meet the needs of students.
4. Ability to communicate professionally by phone and email.
5. Ability to cultivate positive working relationships with customers and coworkers.
6. Ability to effectively communicate technical information in non:technical terms.
7. Ability to effectively organize and maintain customer data.
8. Analytical and troubleshooting skills.
9. Experience diagnosing problems with software products (preferred).
10. Advanced knowledge of Internet Explorer and using web:based applications.
11. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products : Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
