Summary of Position: The ServiceNow Developer is responsible for developing, configuring, testing, and implementing ServiceNow for Lennar. The ServiceNow Administrator/Developer will work as part of the ServiceNow development team and closely with project managers and business analysts to understand business requirements to support ongoing business needs. This role will make recommendations toward the development of new applications or features and follow best practices. Principal Duties and Responsibilities: Develops/implements new configurations and customizations for ServiceNowDeveloping system integrations and process automation within the ServiceNow instance and other Information Services applicationsCreating and configuring Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, Client Scripts, and ACLs including advanced scripting of eachCreating and configuring Notifications, UI Pages, UI Macros, Formatters, etc. in ServiceNowCoordinating and facilitating application and platform upgradesCreating ServiceNow reports and dashboardsImplements new ServiceNow modules based on the needs of LennarPerforms system and integration testingAuthors and maintains technical documentationAnalyzes user requirements to improve system capabilities, automate process workflows and address scheduling limitations throughout the development and delivery of the ServiceNow roadmapResponsible for the continuous review of new ServiceNow modules, as well as other commercially available software to ensure the ServiceNow platform and tools remain currentIs responsible for the creation and documentation of development, unit test cases and build plansSupports all future releases and provides updates to software as required based on feedback from usersMaintains an understanding of ServiceNow modules and software licensing functionality Education and Experience Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is highly desired. Equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted in lieu of degree5+ years of progressively responsible, computer programming and analysis experience2+ years ServiceNow working experience including development, design and implementation Physical Requirements: This is primarily a sedentary office position which requires the incumbent to have the ability to operate computer equipment, speak, hear, bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move and carry up to 25 lbs.
