CAREER OPPORTUNITY:
We are looking to hire a driven sales professional who excels in reaching ambitious sales target to manage a portfolio of Advertiser accounts and be responsible for publisher activation and overall revenue growth through our sites. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated and proactive team player with excellent project management, analytical and communication skills and with a proven track record of program growth and optimization.
WHAT YOULL BE DOING:
: Recruit and provide the means to connect with more potential
Advertisers/Publishers, particularly in terms of relevant niches.
: Recruit publishers so we can expand our reach to additional marketing channels, add new and incremental distribution channels not currently leveraged.
: Enable our advertiser programs to be present on publisher sites at the point of actual interest and where their competitors are.
: Support Business Development efforts to win additional partnerships for our web properties.
: Analyze current and past publisher recruiting efforts to help determine new recruitment strategies.
: Schedule regular calls and in:person meetings with
publishers/advertisers to review performance.
: Prepare daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly performance reports.
: Seek out and build relationships with industry contacts for new business opportunities.
: Meet and exceed all sales and revenue targets.
: Assist affiliate marketing team in departmental tasks
WHAT YOU HAVE:
: 3+ years of online marketing in an e:commerce based business with experience in at least one of the following online fields: SEO/SEM, Email, Affiliate, Display/Re:Targeting, Social, Content/Creative Creation.
: Minimum of 2 years of comprehensive experience in sales, marketing communications development and implementation experience.
: Bachelors Degree in related field.
: Proficient with Microsoft Office Products, including Word, Excel, Power Point, Access and Outlook.
: Detail:oriented, organized, excels at prioritizing and timelines across internal cross:functional teams and external agency partners.
: Excellent communication and problem solving skills.
: Thrives in a fast:paced and dynamic environments.
: Desire to learn and grow in an industry:leading web marketing company.
: Be comfortable making own decisions, but strictly abide to set rules and guidelines.
: Skilled at successfully co:managing multiple agencies, departments, and projects simultaneous.
