Skillset / Experience:
The Project Coordinator will support project managers in their role to deliver Global Security Services and projects across our clients various enterprises. Also, the Project Management Coordinator will coordinate operational projects and assist with the overall GISCS portfolio governance and reporting. The Project Coordinator is responsible for achieve business goals by fostering innovation, prioritizing initiatives, and coordinating the evaluation, deployment, and management of current and future projects.
Position Scope:

:Project Coordination: Work on project assignments with other team members. Help manage and maintain documentation related to our projects, including meeting minutes, project charters, requirements and design documents. Think outside the box, sparking innovative ideas to achieve project goals. Examples of project duties: review reports and KPIs; organize meetings; take notes and publish minutes, work independently with various vendors and partners on projects; update tasks on project plans, etc.
:Business Analysis: Possess strong analytical and communication skills. A good technical writing, requirements gathering experience, or a broad technical experience including familiarity with compute, network and open systems infrastructure, connectivity, software development, web development among other emerging technologies.
:Data Analysis: Possess strong analytical and data management skills. A good understanding of MS Office Tools to create project metric reports, presentations ad reporting dashboard. Solid understanding of systems infrastructure, connectivity, software development, web development among other emerging technologies


:Have graduated with a four year college degree program with a 3.0 GPA or higher. Graduate Level student pursuing a Masters Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems, Finance or related field is a plus.
:Must have 3 plus years experience working as a Business Analyst, Project Coordinator and/or entry level Project Manager with an understanding of the project management lifecycle.
:Must possess unrestricted work authorization
:Must provide own transportation to/from work
:Program Length: six months with possible extension


:Physical Demands: Work is primarily sedentary where sitting is required most of the time; walking and standing are required occasionally. Visual acuity is required to perform activities such as: preparing and analyzing data, viewing a computer terminal, reading documents, reports and emails.
:Travel Requirements: travel opportunities may be presented, including working aboard, therefore having a valid passport and work authorization for the United States is a MUST.


:Candidate must be able to pass a background check in case they be required to obtain a Transportation Worker Identification Card and other cruise port access IDs worldwide.
:Coordinators may be required to work out of various company locations, but this position will be primarily based in Miami, Florida.
